Christina Caton Kitchel is the CEO and Designated Managing Broker of Caton Commercial Real Estate Group, a family-owned brokerage, appraisal, and property management company established in 1987. She has over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail leasing, investment sales, and ground-up, multi-use commercial property development; including navigation of municipal approvals. As Senior Vice President of Retail for Caton Commercial Real Estate Group, Christina is actively involved in site selection, evaluation of product, and lead generation for the brokerage team. Christina is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, and participates in many national industry conferences and events. Through her industry experience and community involvement, Christina Caton Kitchel exceeds her clients’ needs to successfully attain their real estate objectives.
Christina served as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce from 2020 through 2022 and is active in NACC B2B, NACC Political Action Committee, Family Business RoundTable, Legacy Circle, and sits on the steering committee for the NACC Legislative Forum. Christina’s other memberships include the Aurora Regional Chamber, Romeoville Chamber of Commerce, Plainfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Joliet Region Chamber of Commerce, and Will County Center for Economic Development. Christina and Caton Commercial are active supporters and sponsors of KidsMatter Charity.
With her primary specialty in retail leasing, Christina has experience in both landlord and tenant representation allowing for a deep understanding of the deal points from both sides of the table.
