Industry veteran, Eddie Palacios, brings over 19 years of experience in the real estate field to Caton Commercial Real Estate Group. Prior to joining Caton Real Estate, Eddie Palacios spent 13 years with a commercial real estate firm, where he specialized in landlord representation and tenant representation, shopping center sales, and acquisitions. Eddie Palacios was also responsible for the growth of many developments and businesses for retail and restaurant startups. He has also successfully represented small retail and franchises in their expansion goals. Some of his clients include Dunkin, Shinto, Cilantro, as well as numerous other retail, office, and small industrial concepts. Eddie has extensive experience and expertise with municipalities and village officials to help his clients with land acquisitions, sales, leasing, TIF, and tax reductions. Eddie Palacios brings a depth of experience, clients, and exceptional customer service to Caton Commercial Real Estate.
Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Eddie spent 10 years in the garment industry as a sales representative at the Chicago Apparel center and for the whole Midwest. He sold to stores such as Bloomingdales, Carson’s, Marshall Fields, Nordstrom’s, and many small boutiques across his territory.
Eddie has been involved in restaurant operations, front and back of the house, as well as brand development, identity, and growth. He has been a leader in executing brand awareness, concept development, and implementing day to day and long-term plans with clients.
Aside from real estate, Eddie’s other passion is his 35 plus years of involvement with soccer. His prolific playing career has led to the last 25 years of coaching and teaching youth and collegiate soccer at the highest levels; earning him a reputation as a “go-to coach” to help players achieve their next level aspirations and dreams.
