Mark L. Schillo has over 20 years experience in both residential and commercial appraising. After 17 years of appraising residential properties, Mark started performing strictly commercial appraisals for Cornerstone/Caton Valuation Services and has been appraising commercial properties for many of the largest banks in the Chicago Metro Area since 2007. He has appraised apartment buildings, retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties of all sizes, as well as performing retrospective appraisals for tax and estate purposes.
