Matthew Maul is a Commercial Broker with over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. His focus at Caton is representation of industrial property owners, land owners, and investors with a concentration on land sales and acquisitions. Matt prides himself on providing all of his clients first class service while always putting his client’s best interest first. He incorporates a personalized strategy for every client giving them the highest probability for success. Matt’s number one goal is to help his clients build wealth through real estate.
Matt graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Michigan University. Upon graduation he relocated to Aspen Colorado to start a career in the hospitality business working for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel company. He has since moved back home for a lifelong career in real estate.
Matt considers himself an outdoorsman who enjoys camping, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, golfing, and other outdoor activities. His other interests include vacations abroad with his wife and son, investing, and non-fiction books.
