Maura Fenlon
Property Management Accountant
Maura Fenlon is the Property Management Accountant of Caton Property Management. She is responsible for a portfolio of properties. Her duties include: accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, budgeting and tenant communications.
She brings 30 years of prior experience in long-term positions at Friedman Properties, Enterprise Development Company and Shaker Management. Her vast experience also includes processing payroll, CAM and tax reconciliations, lease entry and managing accounts receivable.
Maura has a B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago, a Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University, and has completed courses in Certified Payroll from DePaul University.
She is a member of St. Patrick’s Church Ladies Auxiliary Knights of Columbus. Visiting all of the Presidential libraries is on her bucket list. Maura is the proud and doting aunt of several nephews and nieces.
