Mick has over eight years of extensive experience in preparing full narrative appraisal reports for financing, property assessment appeal, estates, individuals, feasibility analysis and litigation support. He provides expert testimony for property assessment appeals and has experience appraising various types of properties which include shopping centers, general retail, industrial buildings, office buildings, apartment complexes, daycare facilities, churches, gas stations, hotels, proposed construction, condominium units, as well as vacant land. Mick also provides appraisal review services.
Mick Crum joined Cornerstone/Caton Valuation Services in 2021, after being an appraiser and Vice President for Newmark from 2019 through 2021. Mick had joined Newmark as part of a talent acquisition from the St.Charles office of RVG Commercial where he had been appraising since 2015. Prior to that, he had been an IT professional for a marketing company in Schaumburg.
Mick is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Illinois, Missouri and Florida.
