Steve Bloch is a commercial appraiser with Cornerstone/Caton Valuation Services, having joined the practice group in 2018. Steve is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, with experience in a wide variety of property types including retail, industrial, office, and multifamily. Steve performs both leased fee and fee simple valuations, as well as retrospective valuations for tax assessment appeals. Steve’s prior professional experience includes 11 years within the financial services industry as a Vice President at The Northern Trust Company, as well as 4 years in management consulting with Accenture. Steve has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
