The property closed on July 13, 2016 at a sale price of $1,800,000. Caton Commercial’s  Randy Petri   was the only real estate broker involved in the sale. The seller was Triumph Real Estate Partnership  and the buyer was Red Brick Developers, LTD. The buyer intends to use office space in the building, which is a multi-tenant building.
